They Didn't COME UP! Corn Replanting Seedlings

When my corn or other crops fail to germinate I usually transplant and that's why I always oversow seed! If the extra plants are not required then I can simply thin them out but if some seed fails to germinate I can always fill the gaps with the extras. Cheers :)
