I was on a "Grow Your Own" food tour in Europe seeing and sampling the food in France, Italy, the UK, and Spain so this video explains my absence from YouTube over the past few weeks due primarily to our food holiday! From Tomatoes to lemons my wife and I were in awe of the wonderful fresh food passion across Europe and this is what I want to share with you. Self Sufficient Me is based on our small 3-acre property/homestead in SE Queensland Australia about 45kms north of Brisbane - the climate is subtropical (similar to Florida).
