How to Grow and Make Your Own Black & Green Pepper

I grow my own pepper from vine to pantry! In this video, I show you how to grow and harvest peppercorns, then turn them into black pepper using a dehydrator and preserve green pepper through freeze-drying. Then we do a taste test comparing ground black pepper to ground green pepper. After 15 years of growing this incredible plant, here’s the complete process.
