Stinging nettles are one of the most hated weeds in the garden, but most gardeners are pulling out something incredibly valuable. In this video I show you why nettles deserve a place in every garden, from making nettle tea fertilizer for your plants to using them in the kitchen and supporting beneficial insects.

Ounce for ounce nettles contain four times more vitamin C than oranges and are packed with nitrogen. Once you know this, you will never look at this weed the same way again.
