Yet another short video about things that are often said about running technique but which might not work as claimed.
Yes, you should lean forward slightly. But it’s only a very slight lean, and it doesn’t control your speed in any way.
People tend to confuse leaning with the shift in your centre of gravity in relation to where your feet are on the ground, and running at a reasonably steady pace versus acceleration.
